ExpertVarshaLactation Expert5 years agoA. Sure you can but limit your milk intake to 200ml per day. Check if you can drink this with warm water as well. Try having this only once a day. Try to latch your baby deeper. The more baby suck,the more milk you make...

meeta agarwalMom of 2 children5 years agoA. Hello, It is safe and helps in increasing the milk supply. Along with this eat well balanced diet include dairy products and Dalia and fruits. Make sure to drink lots of water. Include nuts in your diet.
