hi can I start giving my baby wheat cerelac ,he just entered 6th month

A. No wheat cerelac should be introduced later and initially start with rice and sooji first and mashed banana grated apple and few sis of water a couple of times in the day abd keep feeding

A. Yes, it is recommended to introduce semi solid or pureed foods in baby's diet between the age of 5-6 months as by then their immunity and digestive system develop for outside foods. You can start with foods like lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, pear and carrot puree, ragi and sooji porridge, mixed vegetable soup, home made cerelac, etc.
