Hi, Can I introduce solid foods to my 4 months old baby please, since my baby is on low weight and not feeding well, if yes please let me know what foods should I start.

A. If your child is low weight or something you can give formula milk to the child for proper weight gain food is not advisable to be given to the child under completing the time of six months no matter what so you should give proper milk to the child for initial six months completing
