ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist6 years agoA. nothing should be given to the child other than breast milk till 6 months complete, not even water. breast milk is most nutritious, supports growth, is safe and complete food for baby. introduction of top food before 6 months complete can increase the risk of infection and even reduce milk supply.
