hi can I give imol paracetemol to my 3 year baby after every 6 hours ( if having fever ) is 99 considered fever in babies

A. fever is the response of the body towards any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body and only when the temperature is above 99F it is called as fever, so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose which can be again repeated after every 5 - 6 hours if required and do cold spongikkng of the body to reduce fever in between the doses.

A. Yup You can give it to the child and if the fever increases 99° fahrenheit or it crosses Ashu feel it is higher than hundred degrees then you can also start doing Cold sponge on the entire body that is going to help in reducing out the temperature of a much faster
