hi. can i feed purslane leafy vegetable to 7 months baby

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello good morning !!! As baby is 7 months old feed semi solids twice a day and rest of the day milk either breastfeed or formula feed.
Introduce new food item for 2-3 days and check digestion capability.
You can introduce Leafy vegetables with dal combination but must be in Semi solid form for easy digestion feed in small quantity.
From 8-9 months you can use Leafy vegetables and other vegetables as stuffing with paratha or roti.
