Certain foods at times need to be avoided like high spicy or gas forming foods as it may cause stomach upset in babies. Once when you feed the baby keep a watch on him for any sort of discomfort, if nothing of that sort happens you can continue having it

Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 11 m old boy6 years agoA. hey mommy there are no list of food that should be avoided during breast feeding these are just myths that have been followed over the years. there is no such thing. wat a healthy well balanced diet and you and your baby will be just fine.
