hi can i drink soya milk(sofit) i am a breast feeding mom

Hi yes you can definitely take soy milk while breast feeding there is no problem in it..also you should eat a healthy and balanced diet, Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet specially greens leafy veggies, and drink plenty of water.
