hi can anyone suggest medicine for yellow mucus?

A. hi you mean to say cough ? if yes then i advise to try heat fomentation for that ,take a clean cotton clothe heat the tava ,place cotton cothe on it for few seconds ,now check clothe with your hands first ,it should not be too hot then gently place it on your child's chest and back
