Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with question however there are no food restrictions on diet restrictions for a breastfeeding mother can continue with your regular food there is no problem with that if you notice that there is any obvious discomfort for your baby for anything that happens you that is when you can avoid some particular ingredient
