Hi ayra mom my baby is 2 months 2 days old baby I'm feeding both formule milk and hind milk please suggest me wht kind of food I need to take

A. food that increase milk as green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic oats ragi Dalia sabudana drumstick.. avoid oily and spicy foods keep yourself well hydrated take care
