Hi, as I had severe sore nipples, i reduced feeding my baby! Now the milk has gone down! What should I do?

Shatavari powder you can take three times in a day to increase your lactation you can take it with warm milk and that’s definitely going to be one of the best things that you can do for your increment of the lactation so that would be good and will be helpful
