Hi am the 2 year old kid can any help me to relief the cough of my kid

A. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child. For cold / running nose give syp wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2- 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold) Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and bdlock. Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing For fever and pain give paracetamol Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink

A. You can give Darbar Honitus to the child it’s the best Ayurvedic medicine that you can go for go for 2.5 ML twice a day to your child and a minimum of three days can be given to the child along with that if required you can also nebulise your childWrite Your Answer Here
