hi am mother of 2 months 15 days baby my baby is feeding only formula milk, am confused does he getting sufficient energy n food for his growth.can i start any food for him from 4th month, if it is ok then suggest some foods list. thank you

baby should pee.minimum six times in a twenty four hours....if it's less it means baby is.not getting sufficient feed . use steel bottle from Babyhug to feed baby..they are made of non toxic material and it comes out anti colic nipple.
solids can only be started post six months only
