Hi, am I to worry when baby doesn't poop for couple of days?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. that s fine. It is normal for the baby to not pass motion freely even for up to one week if the baby is on breastfeeding so no need to worry . if it is above one week or baby s in trouble then you can apply glycerine suppository for easy motion of the baby . no syrup for medicine is given orally till 2 years of age for constipation by self as not recommended.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom constipation is common in breast feed babies .Babies can go without poop for 5-6 days u and even more. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise then no need to worry. Take care and all the best
