- Make sure your baby is latched properly and is not gulping too fast.
- Burp your baby after every feeding to expel any air that may be causing the reflex.
- Try to keep your baby upright for about 30 minutes after feedings.
- If you notice that your baby is still experiencing reflex despite these measures, you may want to consult your pediatrician to rule out any underlying issues.
ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom what you can do is to while feeding you may elevate the baby head a little with help of your palms , in that way the flow of the milk would be eaiser and better and burping at last is neccesary
