hi all my daughter is almost 12 months old now but from last week I can see sleep regression she is not sleeping in night till 3 to 4 am in the morning is it normal?? my mother in law is telling me that she is hungry and not taking dinner properly that's why she is not sleeping is it true? please help

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom could very possibly be .. make sure she is having her solids well and now that she is one year old cows milk can also be introduced also make sure she is not taking very long naps in the day time
