Q.

Hi all! My baby is of 8 months and whatever I feed him means semi solid food, he tries to spit it out and tries to puke. And if I offer him solids like roti or anything he is not able to chew. Any suggestions or solutions for this.

A. Namaste Mom , You may preferably give soft consistency foods to her would be good enough , were roti can be dipped in dal or say vegetable soup as such so that it gets soft and it is easy to eat.
