hi all my baby is not eating by themself bar bar bolta hai dirty hai dirty h isko dirty rehna nhi acha lgta kaise isko sikhyu khana khana apne ap mein or mere hubby akele rehte h mom dad nhi rehte vo different state me rehte hai kya kru give me some tips and suggestions. i m worried about it

Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Encourage self eating by giving small quantities of cut fruits and vegetables. Include your child in family meals to make your baby learn healthy diet with hands. Good luck and take care.
