Q.

Hi All, my baby is 8 months old. He has not double his weight in 7 months. He is very active and achieving all milestones before time. I am worried for his weight gain. I have started solids after 6 months. He is good in eating. I am giving him all fruits, veggies, oats, ragi, khichdi. Kindly guide. My parents are saying dont worry, baby is very active. Kindly guide.

A. agar apka bacha active hai to apko tension nhi lni chahiye

A. they are telling the right thing and if the child is active do not worry much about the weight gain of the child and meet your doctor who will tell you whether the weight of the child is within normal pattern or it is associated with the genetic pattern or the dietary pattern

Hi parent if you're child is happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about this matter please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc you can give small quantity of soji halava sira laddu pancakes sabudana porridge khir etc
