Hi All My baby is 2 months old and she is passing tight stool for the past three days. I am giving formula twice in a day and for the rest of the time I am breastfeeding her. Is it common or need to consult doctor.???

formula shd b prepared with the correct amount of formula n water as per instruction given on pack
