Q.
Hi all, My 3.7 years baby saying that her stomach is in pain, so we have gave her dcolic drops, and yesterday night got fever, we have given paracetamol that relieved for half a day, then again she got fever now, any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce feveraccording to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find ogxut the the treatment for further management consult dr.
