Q.
Hi all, My 1y 4 m baby boy having fever since 2 days, his is passing constipation stools very dry. Today we have visited doctor he gave us paracetamol 250mg (3.5ml/dose - SOS), vyzilac syrup 5ml/dose two times for 6 days. when fever comes we are giving paracetamol but fever hardly drops below 100. We are doing head wash and sponging. what could be reason. also suggest any ideas on passing normal stools. Thanks

Hi ye me mere bache ko fever hoto CALPOL deta hu and dry stool ka problem huva to duphlac ya fir aristo smulac de sakte ho dr se bat karke jise bache ko easy ly potty ho jayegi and or ek option hai hallen supositer aata hai vo toilet ki jaga pe laga sakte ho but pehle dr se puch lena or bache ko pani jyada pila pet pe hing ka pani lagao oil se malish karo dhire dhire cycling karo dono pav pakad ke

It’s okay mam please have patience if the fever doesn’t subside totally by the time of 72 hours then you need to revisit your doctor as that would not be a normal fever then it could be associated with any other kind of fever like viral dengue malaria typhoid typhoid is spreading a lot right now
