Q.

hi All, I was giving the vitamin D3 800IU/ML 0.5ml daily night. Now I changed to other state and I am getting the same vitamin d3 800IU/ML instead they provided vitamin D3 400IU/ML in medical. Now I am confused how much ml I need to give whether to give 0.5 ml which I used to give with 800UI/ML drops or 1ml do I need to consult the pead and need to act as per their suggestion.???

A. Hey! It is always advisable to check with the nearby paediatrician about this change in the supplements. Clarify your concerns and give the medicines as advised by the doctor only.
