A. at this moment you can just have daily tender coconut water and start with some protein supplement
but there is no direct way to give proper supply to the placenta
so better have regular follow up with your doctor and keep a watch on baby movement

A. During delivery, maintaining adequate blood flow to the placenta is crucial for the health of both the mother and the baby. Here are some ways to help increase blood flow to the placenta during delivery:
1. **Stay Hydrated**: Drinking water helps maintain blood volume and circulation, supporting placental blood flow.
2. **Positioning**: Changing positions frequently during labor can optimize blood flow to the placenta. Standing, walking, sitting, and squatting are all beneficial positions.
3. **Breathing Techniques**: Practicing relaxation and deep breathing techniques can help reduce stress and improve blood flow to the placenta.
4. **Massage**: Gentle massage of the abdomen and lower back can promote relaxation and improve circulation to the placenta.
5. **Avoiding Constriction**: Avoid tight clothing or anything that restricts blood flow to the abdomen.
6. **Monitoring**: Medical professionals will continuously monitor the mother and baby during labor to ensure adequate blood flow to the placenta and intervene if necessary.
7. **Medication**: In some cases, medication may be administered to help improve blood flow to the placenta, especially if there are complications during delivery.
It's essential to follow the guidance of healthcare professionals during labor and delivery to ensure the best possible outcome for both mother and baby.
