Hi all, following the fever at midnight to my 3.9 years baby girl, morning she had a vomiting with no digestion at all, we have visited doctor, he prescribed Decolic tablet when ever baby say stomach pain, also antibiotic Taxim O 100 tablet (1+1/4) qty, and advised if fever crosess 100 degree fr, then paracetamol tablet 325 mg. she had fever after 3 hours even giving paracetamol, any suggestions plz.

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated afvxter every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
