Q.

hi all... a am 35 yrs old... recently I got to know about that my tsh level is high... tsh is 9.5, t3 and t4 are normal.... can i make it normal with diet and excercise and without madicines.., plss suggest what are the things in do's and dont's

A. I have consulted... she advised first try this(excercise and diet), if tsh level comes down than i can continue the same if not than she said we will go for medicine... I just wanted to have a second opinion

A. it's important you consult with your doctor for medical advise you should have healthy diet with all vital nutrients , good fibre like salads, whole grains, seasonal fruits, have low fat milk and milk products, avoid transfats, fried foods , etc have plenty of fluids
