hi after 25 days of c section canninwear bealt in stomach ..and can I wear the belt while sleeping

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. instead of belt you can have abdomen bandage with a cotton saree which is more effective as abdomen bandaging is being advised after delivery so that it helps the organs to settle down well to the original positions and avoid late complications
