hi 5 months old baby urination frequency reduced to 4-5 usually 8-10. she's active. passing stools normal. hydration normal. at nite in sleep she doesn't urinate now but usually 1 time. some times gap is 12 hrs which am worried about. pls guide me.

A. Hello, your baby girl is 5 months old and if her pee count is reduced to 4/5 times against 8/10 times a day so either she is dehydrated or she has hudge sweating too
