hey my son is 3 n half and I have never given him deworm medicine.so is it necessary to deworm him .and also he is still not talking

No it is if you want to go ahead with giving it to the child then only you should be giving it to the child otherwise not there is no necessity of giving it to the child till the time it is not recommended or till the time we do not feel it is needed to be given
