hey my kind is 7 months old... can i give solid at nite aft 10pm Or solid shud b given before 8pm..... kindly help

A. last solid should be around 7.30-8.30pm then before bed you can give breast feed or a cup of glass of milk to baby.. baby should have at least 3-4 solid meals.. slowly and gradually increase the solid intake and decrease milk..
