hey my daughter is 5yr old , she suddenly developed some red raised bumps on her right elbow , some red patch like rash on both palms and same raised bumps later started on chin. they are not itchy. no fever, recently recovered from cold . what can be the reason, we do maintain hygiene. and what treatment can be given for immediate relief

Could be associated with some allergy infection hand foot or mouth disease and sometimes chickenpox also starts to come like that but fever is there in that you should get it checked with your doctor this way it would be very difficult for me to suggest you anything
