Hey my child is 6 month 25 days old..he is on solid…when ever i give food or milk after having he poop..the color is light green with some white patches …stool is not so hard and not so watery but still he give lot of pressure while pooping..please suggest ..

A. Make sure initially you should start with light and easily digestible foods and introduce one food at a time and give well mashed foods and maintain time gap of three hours interval between meals
