Q.

Hey my baby has completed 6 months .. I'm giving cerelac in the morning .. So can u tell me the time gaps between how many hours can I give him cerelac .. In a day ..nd how many times

A. At six months you can give two times semi solids and one snack in between along with feeding. Don't only stick to cerelac, give home made foods as well as they ate more nutritious and healthy for the baby give suji kheer, rice porridge, khichdi, yogurt, mashed banana

A. For water or food, you should wait till the baby is 6 months old. This is because any other food would not provide the nutrients, which milk does. Moreover the digestive system is still developing and may not have enough enzymes to digest other foods properly. You can try this Breakfast - ragi porridge/idly with watery sambar or milk. Lunch - rice with dal or any kind of watery sambar you can add veggies of your choice. Evening - milk or fruit or vegetables puree Dinner - milk rice/ idly /cerelac You can give juices, milk n between and feed in demand
