Hey moms, My sis cannot breastfeed her newborn baby (3 weeks) due to health reasons. Can she feed him formula milk? Which formula milk is the best?

There are so many brands available in the market like lactogen, similac, nan Pro, aptamil etc. All are good brands and contains essential nutrients required for the growth and development of the baby
