Hey mam my baby is 7 month old today she is very cranky she has cough too and her gums are swollen is it sign for tooth eruption

Yes Absolutely you are right to their option is happening which is why this is happening so if your child has fever you can give medicine for that and irritation is very common during this time so you can give teether to the child as of now that will help your child a lot to get rid of irritation and itchiness in the gums
