hey is ragi hot or cold in nature... is giving ragi for 5 months cause any issue... is ragi cause mouth ulcer..???

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist6 years agoA. homemade ragi flour is made of sproted ragi, roasting is done too. make sure readymade flour is prepared after sprouting,. better to soak, sprout it overnight, dry in shade ,grind, roast it, cook well. otherwise its heavy to digest

Once the baby completes six months can start with some dal pani rice pani mashed banana pureed apple and cerelac gradually shift to blend food like khichdi sooji ragi porridge daliya fruits and vegetables supplementing bm or formula milk You can ragi in all the seasons give it a little warm in winter
