Hey I see blood in my baby’s diaper When i checked his penis i see some blood Can anyone explain whts the reason? Is there anything to worry?

U We’ll have to go for a proper investigation with your doctor because sometimes it could be due to urine infection and if you see it in store sometimes and that could be due to stomach infection but a proper check up would only reveal as to what is the issues or concerns your paediatrician face
