AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom This is due to dryness. Apply coconut oil or pure desi ghee on the nipples. This will help to moisturize the skin.. u can buy babyhug cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil which is pure and additive free to apply.
