hey doc. I & my baby having cold & fever in starting Feb... we cured well .but after 1 week we again fell sick.. we again cured , my baby is keeping fine & I am having little cough.. But from 3 days onwards, suddenly my baby is having fever in the mid night . I gave him paracip +Azithromycin.. & he was keeping fine the whole day & night but next day (which is today) he is again having fever.. I am not understanding why his fever is coming back after 1 or 2 days .. he doesn't have cough/ running nose or nothing.. but I don't know why his fever is coming back again n again please assist
