ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist5 years agoA. yes occasionally you can Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

But in my opinion it should be one a time affair and not a regular affair . Just checked the ingredients behind it once if there’s an excess of daily intake of sugar and salt .
