Q.

her weaning start from 6th month that time her wight was 6.5kg . 11month started now wight is 8kg is it normal. I give all the fruits and vegetables and rice with her. pls give me a better diet plan to her.

A. yes weight gain is good n current weight is also good. Give three major meal and one snack a day Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand. You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin. Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats. Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form. Give wheat Dalia adding veggies. curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) is the best meal for babies.. You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritiuonal value.
