her teeth are growing up ( upper) so she kinda facing loose motion , fever , lack of hunger and seldomly vomit , it's been 4-5 days . should we be worried ? #AskTheExpert

A. during teething there is loss of appetite and kids tend to put everything in their mouth which causes stomach infection please visit a doctor and get proper treatment done and make sure whatever the child puts in the mouth is always clean
