her skin is dry from when she was 3 month old. how can it solve? some white and black like mix..... in her hand and leg

Babyhug peach cream you can use it is actually good to heal the dry skin and you can actually check with your doctor also if you would want to go for any as a medicated cream and the other pharmacy product which would be good would be EVION vitamin E cream
