Sebamed Is good but it is really on the expensive side the doctors do advised to use it and Himalayas equally good it is pocket friendly yet it has all the products into it and completely healthy to go for I’m actually use Himalaya or a very long time for my own daughter on that basis I can say it is a very good brand to
