ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. can be due to dehydration or lack of fibre diet or sometimes infections.. give everything in form of purees.. avoid cow milk and honey before age of one. consult your paediatrician once

Hello ma’am Blood in stool can be a sign of stomach infection so I would advise you to consult your paediatrician once and go for a proper stool test to know what kind of an infection it is and if there is anything else beyond that that also you will come to know with the test report so do not wait and consult your doctor as soon as you can
