Helow, Doctor has prescribed me to give my 2 months neosmile before every feed to treat her constipation. if she is pooping in 2-3 days, do I still need to give it? for how long should I continue this?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. ye sit s ok it s ok for a baby to not do potty daily as the diet is basically liquid as milk. So even if baby does not poop for 7 days it s all ok and should not be given any medicine at all

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you can stop giving and see if the baby is all fine then you can completely stop else you will have to continue for some more time or it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
