Heloo please tellme My daughter 15days old she going loose motions 20 times/day since from 10days . Is it any problem or we have to consult a Doctor.

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi parent ur kid is just 15 days old, passing stools 15 time s per day is abnormal, if passing small quantity post feed, it's normal if consistency is normal, watch for peri anal rash, check wt pattern monitor urine output, and activity of the baby

Hello Ma’am For a newborn child passing motion 10 to 15 times also in a days He is normal and the consistency can be watery so don’t worry about it but if this thing continues for another month also then it is a question of concern but for initial one or two month these things are very common with kids so I don’t think so you need to worry about anything
