Many times mental stress and old memories effect the gut health which causes gastric issues
Try to know the trigger point which makes the issue worse.: and then work upon it
Accept your situation and try to work upon it and don’t feel disheartened…
Include curd ones a day daily
Eat small and frequent meals do not eat large meals
Do not lie down immediately after meals
Avoid water intake along with meals have it 10 mins after meals
Avoid spicy and oily food
Sit in vajrasan post meals for 10 mins

Hi See only a gastrologist would be able to give you a proper assistance on that I can I completely understand how frustrated and irritated you are but are you know you have to deal with that I know it’s difficult but you’ll have to walk over to consult a gastrologist who specialises in this area and help you with it
