heloo doctor my 10 months baby having fever temp is 99 if medicine is give its low ... but every 5 hrs 3ml paracetamol is give ... if not temp becomes high .... what is the solution plz .... say 1 and half day 6 dose have given....

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the fiffrst line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
